Lynn E Rickard, ARA, is an agricultural real estate appraisal firm based in central California. Lynn E. Rickard has been engaged in real estate related businesses for over thirty years. In July 1996 he opened his office in Bakersfield, California, offering real estate appraisal and consultation services, after being associated with a local appraisal firm for nearly ten years. Mr. Rickard's services are oriented primarily to rural properties, and he holds the Accredited Rural Appraiser (ARA) designation awarded by the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers. In addition, he is licensed by the State of California Office of Real Estate Appraisers as a State Certified Real Estate Appraiser.
